This isn't plain gur — it's our natural sugarcane jaggery mixed while still warm with roasted cashew, almond, walnut, peanut, coconut, ajwain, fennel, and dry ginger, then finished with a touch of desi ghee and set into cubes. It's the same base gur we make on our farm in Gurdaspur, cooked in an iron kadhai with no sulphur or chemicals — just enriched the way Punjabi households have made winter gur for generations.

The spice mix isn't random: ajwain and dry ginger add warmth and aid digestion, fennel balances the sweetness, and the roasted dry fruits and coconut turn a daily sweetener into a proper winter snack. We hand-mix each batch in small quantities right after the gur is poured, so the dry fruits stay fresh and don't turn stale sitting in stock.

Unlike bought dry-fruit gur that's often just plain jaggery with pieces pressed on top, ours is mixed through while the gur is still soft, so every cube actually has nuts and spice inside it, not just on the surface.

Why Choose This Pack

  • Real cashew, almond, walnut, peanut, and coconut mixed in — not sprinkled on top
  • Ajwain, fennel, and dry ginger for a traditional warming winter combination
  • Finished with desi ghee, no refined sugar or chemical preservatives
  • Cut into cubes for easy, portioned snacking

Benefits

  • Combines iron-rich natural gur with protein and healthy fats from nuts
  • Traditional winter wellness combination used in Punjabi households
  • A ready-to-eat snack, not just a cooking ingredient

Usage

  • Eaten as a daily winter snack, 1–2 cubes at a time
  • Served with tea in cold weather
  • A natural alternative to store-bought sweets during festivals

Trust Note
This product is naturally rich and can soften in warm weather due to the ghee content — refrigerate in summer if your area is hot. Slight variation in nut placement and cube size is normal since each batch is hand-mixed and hand-cut, not machine-formed.
